Windows 10 style start menu doesn´t look like windows 10 style

I have just installed Star 11v2 and it doesnt look at all as my previous version. I bought this software to use the Windows 10 start menu and style but the version I just installed is completely different to the Windows 10 menu. I restarted my computer but it remains the same. All other star menu options seems to work fine.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From your screenshot, is this what you get right after you install Start11 v2.11? Or after you configure something within the Start11v2 Congratulation windows? What you can do is to do "Reset Settings" to default and Start11v2 should revert back to default layout.
