Hi
I bought a new computer, and I would like to install Start11.
I have a product key for Start11 V1.
Tried to install it but I got the message "This app can't run on this device" because it cause security or preformance issues on windows.
Do I need to install Start11 V2 and do I need to purchase it too?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, are you running ARM base CPU system? If so, currently only ObjectDesktop subscriber can download, install and activate Start11v2 on ARM base system. If you are not running ARM base system, than Start11v1 or v2 should still work on current Windows 11 system.

i do not know what you mean about ARM base CPU system.
my computer is Microsoft surface with windows 11 home option.
