Bug Report: Can't report a bug in Fence troubleshooting feature, it opened a dropbox link, which is empty, can't upload error report.

Troubleshooting feature doesn't work.

- I clicked on it, clicked "create error report package for technical support", then click yes
- I write the problem I have. (also here, ctrl+backspace doesn't work as intended)
- Click Create report package
- program opened a dialog I can't remember,
  -  program opened a dropbox link, which is empty (in both Vivaldi and Edge browser)
  -  program opened this forum main page

As a user I don't know what to do with it and dropbox link. I can't upload the user report it generates
