This is what I have on desktop
This is what I see when right click. Except rename, I can't move or remove this fence. I can only scale from left and right edge, I can't scale from top and bottom edge. I don't see the name, even I renamed it.

This is initiate install, I don't have daily backup. And that one is the first one I created from desktop icons.
Than just click on the "perform automatic layout" button that should reset back to 3 initial Fences.

I already refund the product, so I can't retest. If you think this is not a bug, you can ignore it. I'll not use it for at least a year.
If I recall the reproduction process:
- left click hold select the icons on my left side of screen
- a pop up appears, tells me to create a fence
- create the fence, icon was in there, I can scale all 4 ways
- I drag and dropped the icons, trying to reorder it, found out I can't put icon as whatever location I want, it will always fill the space from top to bottom, from left to right
- I scaled left and right a little bit
- Found out I can't move or delete it
- I move the icons to outside of the fence
- Searched online and forum, found out totally different UI items that i never see and I can't find these
- trying to report bug within software, but can't report. (another post I created in this forum)
- I post this post.
Again, sorry to hear that. Wish I can see the video on how you create that issue, so we can try to reproduce it. Anyway.
