Unable to register Fences

Hi,

I am still using Fences 2. For some reason, it is asking me to register and when I click on "Unlock previous purchase", nothing happens. How can I enter my serial number?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. It might be something to do with Internet Explorer setting. Old activation do use some part of Internet Explorer. Try this guide: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1345486875/Activation+window+buttons+do+not+respond+to+clicks. Try that, if that don't work, than try the command line activation steps.
