Connection problem to WC

When I try to connect to Wincustomize on my personal computer, my browser says "Web site found, waiting for reply..." and then cuts off. All I end up seeing is a 404 error. Is this a problem on WC, or is something wrong with my computer/internet connetion? Please help me! Anybody!

you do not have a firewall (software) at home which might be blocking the site for some reason?

Also, there are updates and changes taking place which might mean your coming in from another server, or somewhere along your route it is being dinked?

I figured it out. All I had to do was clear my cookies and try it again. After I click refresh, WC loaded correctly (course I had to login again
