Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, need more details.

Need to know which Stardock's software you actually purchased. There is no software name "Stardock 2.0".
And, after your purchased a software you can get the product and license key for it by using this guide: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260191745/Getting+purchased+products+and+keys. Have you tried this steps?
