Is anyone having trouble d/ling windowblind skins?

For some reason, all of a sudden, when I go to d/l a skin it takes me to a page that says

age not found". I have rebooted with no luck. It tried to redirect me to : ww2.wincustomize.com Any ideas??

Due to heavy traffic, a form of load balancing for WinCustomize has been implemented. If there are over 1000 users online, non paying customer are redirected to a secondary server.(ww2.wincustomize)

It's possible that some of the boxes may not match up at all times on the www2 server. But they should sync up every five minutes.

Not me but from what I have seen you are not the only one. I am not really sure at this point what is going on. You can try getting rid of your Wincustomize cookies, it may help. If not it may be a server type problem and in that case I am confident that it will be taken care of soon enough.
