If there are over 1000 users online, non paying customer are redirected to a secondary server.(ww2.wincustomize) It's possible that some of the boxes may not match up at all times on the www2 server. But they should sync up every five minutes.

User ID919779 .... another FNG .... are you a registered paid up subscriber or another 'visitor'.
If the latter you get to wait in line .... the system looks after the subscribers first and the 'others' when the load lightens.

well i imagine his kind and well manered post, has well won him the full support of our admin's. as we speak i can imagine how they are just estatic over the revalation of finding such useful yet unknown site advise....
