activation purchase FENCES 4 permanent

Hello,

I don't understand, I bought the permanent license for Fences 4 on October 15, 2024 and the key is not accepted.

I have proof of the purchase withdrawal from my bank account and a screenshot of the purchase.

However, it is impossible to find my account (either [email protected], or [email protected] or [email protected]).

Please explain to me how to do it?

Please, you must never post credit card details or serial numbers in a public forum. It's very for easy for someone with that information to do serious damage to your economy and personal life.

From the images above, my guess is that you are trying to activate Fences 4 with a serial number for Fences 5. Please go here and submit a ticket and choose product not received: https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/13

Wait for that ticket to be answered. They are handled in the order they are submitted and creating new ones will only put you back in the end of the queue.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Unless I misunderstood something, from your screenshot above you clearly purchased Fences 5 not Fences 4. So, if you go to your account product download page you should be able to download Fences 5 and the license key you have should work to activate Fences 5.
