Upgrade Price to Groupy 2 is Higher Compared than Buying New

Hi Stardock Team,
I used Groupy v1 and have a plan to upgrade to Groupy 2 (since now some of my devices are using Windows 11), but I saw something unusual when I tried to upgrade to Groupy 2. I saw that the price for upgrading to Groupy 2 is higher (USD 17.74) compared than if I buy new license (USD 11.09).
Can you help enlighten me on this case? My assumption is since I am the existing customer, the upgrade cost should be lower than buying the new license.

*** UPDATE ***
Upgrading is indeed cheaper, my mistake. Somehow when I click upgrade, my cart filled with 2 items: new license and upgrade license. This is the reason my final price is higher. All is good, we can close this post
