Is there any way of having thick icon font on win98, the way it is on winxp like?

I am a win98se user and i am looking for a way to have thick (called em outline don't know) font on my icons on desktop. Please tell me if these is any way of achieving this...

If you upgrade to Win2000, DesktopX will give you alpha-blended icons with shadows. I don't know what it will do on Win98se, but you can still try...

There is a freeware utilitiy that does this on Win98, I used it a long time ago, Sorry I just can't remember the name.

If someone could supply the name of this utility, it would help

I used DX with iconX and adjusted the shadow, so now my 98se computer is pure xp(without xp!) I even made my own boot!
