How To Convert Recently Purchased Perm License to Annual Multi-Device Subscription?

Hello,

I've been a Fences 4 user for some time. I decided to purchase a perm license for Fences 5 when a recent Win 11 update broke the hot keys function in Fences 4. I have four devices, and now see that there is an annual license for up to 5 devices which is a much better fit for me.

I just spent $30 a few days ago on Fences 5, so it's a bit of a blow to lose that money. Is there a way to convert my single perm license to an annual sub for multiple devices, or did I just throw away $30 because I acted in haste?

Use the "Ask a question" option and provide as much information as you can. The tickets are answered in the order they're sent in, so please be patient and wait for an answer. Write down the ticket number in case it's needed for future reference.

Yes, you can do as Jan mentioned above, but you can also use the same link and do a refund option and than purchase the Subscription base model.
