POOR customer service

Good morning, I purchased a START11 5-pack license from your FASTSPRING reseller in March 2023, this is the invoice number STARDOCK230310-2264-62817, I had to reinstall Windows 10 due to a system problem. I can't activate the product because it tells me invalid license and email. I contacted technical support and received evasive responses without any resolution of the problem. You're not serious, it's a shame, the product is really good.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This probably account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
