refund

Dear Stardock,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request a refund for the order I placed on today with the order number STARDOCK241106-3489-66135. The items I purchased were Multiplicity 4 Pro Upgrade, and unfortunately, I encountered the following issues which have led me to request a refund:

Multiplicity4 primary computer can't control Multiplicity3 secondary computer, And my sencondary computer can't install any new software.

I understand that Stardock values customer satisfaction and I am confident that you will be able to assist me with this matter. To facilitate the refund process.

I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible. My preferred refund method is alipay

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Refund" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Out of interest, why can't your secondary machine install new software?
