pssst (don't tell anybody else but here is a surefire way to make a wall that will pass moderation..are you listening?...good)
steps:
1) find a picture of britney spears...the less clothed the better
2) find a picture of a dolphin.
3) open up the graphics editor and edit the dolphin and the britney pic so they aren't on a background.
4) change the dolphins hue to pink
5) now find a nice sunset on the beach pic, or draw one yourself...the quality of this pic doesn't matter
6) resize the beach pic to what ever size you want the wallpaper to be...note you only want to make one size and one wallpaper as more sizes and choices confuse the moderator
7) Apply a 20 pxl blur on the beach pic.
8) edit in britney near the fron with here legs fading into the sand.
9) edit in the pink dolphin so it looks like it is jumping out of the sea.
10) draw a very big peace sign in the sky above the dolphin using purple and the paintbrush tool.
11) write at the top: I like dolphins they are the best, but what I really like are Britney's Breasts
12) now flatten the image
13) zip it and another text file explaining why you like britneys breasts in elaborate detail so the moderator has something to read and forgets to moderate your wall letting it slip through.
14) submit it with the name: "The Best Wallpaper Ever"
