Hello, My sytem crashed after an update and Fences no longer works
I bought a full liscence from you
License number removed by Moderator. Please don't post license numbers as this is a public forum.
However if I want to re-install it asks me to buy again
Which version of Fences are you trying to install? Do you have an active subscription or a lifetime license?
Can you post a screenshot of the dialog where it is asking you to buy it again.
There are times when you have to deactivate one of the licenses you have for Fences to be able to install again.

And deactivate the Fences 3 license. Then reboot and reinstall and reboot again. I believe this will solve your problem. As we say in America, Bon chance!
