How to you convert cursor xp files into Cursor XP Themes if not in correct format after downloading?

I could use some help. For example, the Fedora Cursors are not in a CursorXP Theme format after downloading and I don't know how to make the proper ajustments to the file to make it usable for Cursor XP. Could really use some help because there are several good cursors I'd like to use, but don't know how to rename the file.

Wizop Koasati- Thanks for your reply. Yes those are the files I am speaking of. After Downloading they aren't in a cursor xp file. Not sure what is up. I can go to DeviantArt and download the files that I can't get to work correctly & they worked!

I don't know why they aren't downloading correctly for you. They are both .CurXPTheme files.....

Some versions of IE or download managers may rename em back to ZIP. After all, those files is just zip files with different extensions. You could try renaming it back to proper extension.
