Getting Rid of 'Recent'

is there any way to get rid of Recent when you right click on your desktop and in the DesktopX menu it has Programs,Favorites,My Documents, Recent, Settings, Find, Windows Guide, and run..

I would also like to get rid of Windows Guide if possible..

I bet there is but it either involves changing a text like file or hacking the dx program. Maybe somebody who knows about this might help you more. try the desktopx newsgroups. somebody might have already asked this question, and if not you can. a lot of the best of the best of desktopx visit there frequently.
