Renewal pop up won't accept the product key listed on my account

HELP.  I recently added one license to account that had 3.  I had to purchase the additional account.  Since then, my laptop (which has always had Fences) is giving me a pop up  that says my subscription is expired and provides the "renew", "Enter product key", and "Purchase product key".  None of which will connect to the server and reauthorize this computer.  Additionally, a payment has already come out of my account but on my account page says it will come out on 12/9/2025 that's next year so I know it's paid.

I also tried offline activation and received a message saying that the key I entered is not valid for this computer.  

I submitted a help ticket two days ago and yesterday received  reply to post it here.  THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Any ideas on this one?  This computer has never had an issue until they processed my last payment.  Do they generate a new key with each renewal?  Could my purchase of an additional license messed up my old one? Where can I see which computers are on my current license key?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the suggested link above.

But, if that don't help. You most probably having account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

You really cant manage anything from your website anymore because something on your end is fucked, my fences started bitching that it was expired and wouldn't reactivate despite having over 2 weeks left. 

Got a new subscription because the auto payment subscription overview doesn't load for me on any computer, browser and mobile phone, just throws a spinning wheel and never proceeds.

Accidentally got a single pc license instead and now am in a position where only one of my pcs has working fences, i get spammed 3 emails a day from your garbage automated system saying to renew it which i cant because i cant even manage it.

Fix your site please

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried different browser to manage your system. Not sure if the issue is on Stardock site since if that so, there will be lots more complain pretty quickly. The server do goes down from time to time but it usually get back up pretty quickly. If you fail to manage your activation for a long time, than please try using another browser or use totally another system and try it again.

If all still fail. Raise a support ticket using the link I posted above in reply#2.

Yeah I've tried multiple broswers and devices and it does it across all of them.

Opened a support ticket after i posted that.
