Start10 activation error appears regularly and repeatedly every few days.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Hi Stardock Start10 Support team

I purchased a license for 4 Product Keys for Start10 around 2017 and have used them successfully until recently. Still, for some reason, I have been getting the “Enter Product Key” message regularly lately. If I enter the Product Key and Email I purchased, the message “Start10 has been successfully activated, but “Enter Product Key” again after a few days.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If the issue appear on specific time/day interval. This usually happen due to your installed Cleanup software, which schedule to do its cleanup on preset time/day interval. Once you identify the application, please set it to ignore Stardock license folders area.
