Purchased Object desktop subscription

One year ago I bought your subscription to object desktop, I explicitly bought it because after thoroughly looking through the term and conditions, the policy was you can still use your license code for object desktops applications after the subscription has expired, just that you would no longer be able to update said applications and use the versions of said apps that were before expiration of subscription. So, why now is this not the case? I can no longer use my activation license key for any version of these applications, old or current... I want what was advertised here from one year ago. I would have never bought the subscription if that was wasn't the case.

Did you purchase this subscription after May 2023?

From the Object Desktop Support FAQ:

"If my Object Desktop subscription should lapse, will the products included in it continue to function?

"For the ‘Classic Object Desktop subscription' product, if the subscription lapses, the included software will continue to function at the versions that were available when the subscription lapsed.

"For example, if you have Fences 4 installed via a Classic Object Desktop subscription on December 2023, your Classic Object Desktop Subscription lapses in January 2024, your installation of Fences 4 will continue to function forever.

"Any NEW (non-Classic) Object Desktop Subscription purchased after May 2023 will see the software cease to function if the subscription is allowed to lapse. ‘New’ in this example means it has never been on the account prior, that it is a brand NEW license, not a ‘Renewed’ Classic license.

"If my “Classic Object Desktop Subscription” lapses, do I still have access to the installers via my Stardock account?

"No. Stardock will not make available installers for the versions that were active when your Classic Object Desktop Subscription lapsed. It is the responsibility of the client to keep copies of the installers for any product that was available when their subscription was current.

"This point is moot for non Classic Object Desktop subscriptions as the products will not activate if that type of subscription has lapsed."

I keeps nagging me to Activate my already activated Programs previously downloaded. This is really a bummer. I have no legitimate activation key now as I was only assigned one. I have software downloaded, because i knew my subscription would lapse for a month or so until i could afford it again, but again, i was under the impression my activation key would still function for the previously downloaded software. The way its worded above I cant make heads or tails of whether my thought process is correct or not??
