Fences Portal - Stop Roll Up

Hello . . . Have been using fences for a while and it is very useful.  One question . . . I want my portals to operate like a drawer.  Pull it open and have it remain open until I close it.  The way it is the roll up is out of control and moves constantly making it impossible to work with the items in the portal unless I go to the actual location.   Can't find the settings to stop it.     Please tell me how to use a portal like a drawer.  If I can't I will give up and use desktop shortcuts.  Thank you.

With this setting, hover over the titlebar opens the Fence for one click as you mention, after the Fence opens, double-click titlebar to keep it open, and then double-click the titlebar again to roll back up.
