Ok...I normally avoid ranting and complaining as much as possible, but this has gotten out of hand...

SOMEONE has been attacking my most recent submissions with unusually low ratings... Take, for instance, the last three:

Never have I seen ANY skins rated 1's and 2's right off the bat...And not only that... I really don't believe that these walls deserve such low ratings. Now I'm sorry if what I'm doing annoys some of you, but this annoys me even more. So, here's a request:

ADMINS:
Please take a look into this situation, because I really hate when people take grudges against another user and vent off steam by shoving low ratings down their throats...

SKINNERS:
If you like the walls, please comment. If you have the ability to rate, please rate.

Thanks for anyone who can post replys, I need all the feedback about this issue I can get.

Yes, please don't give me the third degree about sending an email to an admin, because I've heard it before, but this is an issue that I know a lot of people here are mad about, and it needs to be brought into the public's eye, rather than being venetd in a private email.

I've noticed that other new submissions have incredibly low ratings as well, so maybe it was just one disgruntled member?

Macrobaye, I've had low ratings right out of the box. No big deal for me (well not too much anyway hehe)
Give it a while. People that like it and rate should bring it up.

Macrobaye, no one has rated your skins except for the Admin who approved them. You're an apprentice, you can click the comments link and you can see how many people rated. If it's 1, that means it's the moderators rating.

I hate to tell you this, but those are moderator ratings. A year ago, they wouldn't have made it on the site. Your lucky they let 1's and 2's on now.

I haven't seen an admin rate a wall other than a 6 since...last year.

Odds are I rated it a 1 or 2.

Why? Because on wallpapers the judging is relative to all other wallpapers. MOST wallpapers do not even get accepted. Yours was one of the 10% or so that I moderated that actually went up.

I'm sorry you disagree with my rating, but I don't look at the names, I only look at the wallpaper.

Macrobaye, I was trying to give you a hint. Right out of the box, as in first rating.

Like I said, don't get too worked up about it. As many people as are on this site, some will like it, although it's not to my personal taste.

Speaking about ratings, I had a WB port I did that only got a 3 when uploaded and now it is a 6.

To be honest and not being rude, I don't blame the rating. I just reviewed the rest of your skins/wallpapers and you are able to do a much better job then what you did on those last 3 that got accepted. It almost looks like you went backwards on your designing instead of getting better. But there could be reasons for that - Lack of inspiration, stress, life, etc. All I have to say is that by what I see, you are able to do a much much better job then those last 3. You already proved it before. And if it's because of one of the reasons that I stated previously about why it might of went backwards, then maybe you need a vacation or something to relax the mind and bring fruitful thoughts for inspiration.
