title bars

I was wondering... is it possible to have two different title bars in a windowBlinds theme? like..... OS X has the regular title bar, and then the thin one for special apps n popups n what not... is it possible? if so, would nayone be willing to help me with one for Xero's panther theme? (I have his written consent)

All that is possible in windows is based on the operating system itself. Windows has many different types of window frames. But, not two for a active window, only one. This is a limitation of the operating system itself. There are different types for tool bar windows and such. For example, if you start ICQ, it has a different window type.

You can make subskins and apply them as per-app skins to get the effect of different titlebars for different apps.  Toolwindows have a different titlebar also.

ok, so how would I do this? I have all the bmps I need, how do I put it together, and how do I add it to a current skin?

To create a subskin, you need skin studio. To add a title bar from a different skin, you need to add a per application setting for that program in windowblinds per application setting. Its in the windowblinds settings dialogue last one.
