Request to License Key

question

Dear Fances 5 Software team member,

Hi.I'm Narihito Ikeda.Nice to meet you.

I purchased licenses to use Fances 5.I'm thinking of installing fances 5 on my PC.

But,my conpany’s PC  has proxy settings and restrictions on internet access.

I want to know the following.

1. If I want to UPLOAD the license Key to your website,do I need to create an account with the email address I purchased?

Becasue I preciously purchased a license on 2022 years for a defferent PC A by my account email private address :[email protected] email removed

This time I purchased  new license keys for a different PC B by my conpany's email address:[email protected]. email removed

I entered ther license key into the activation site and uploaded it.

but the answer said that it was already activated.The license key was the one I purchased this time.

I thought this would happen if the account anc license key did not match.

2.If  it is difficalt to connect to the Internet for proxy,is it possible to run the software fances 5 offline?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
