Start10 pop-up message persists after upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 and uninstalling Start10

I had Start10, then upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. Bought and installed Start 11. Uninstalled Start 10. Now, every time I restart I get a pop-up that Start 10 will not work and then opens a browser pointed to Stardoc.com to buy Start 11. I cannot figure out what to do to stop this.

You probably should have uninstalled Start10 before installing Start11, but that's moot at this point. You might need to purge and reinstall.

I uninstalled Start11 and reinstalled it. Problem solved.
