Fences - Name based rules should have an option for exact match

Sometimes I have a specific icon name I want to apply a rule to, with no wildcards.

Currently the name matching rules all use wildcards, such as "contains" or "starts with"

Can you add literal name matching (e.g. "Is exactly") to the list of requested features?
