MOUSE PC SECONDARY

Hello,

I've bought a Multiplicity 4 pro license

and I'm delighted with my purchase, although I had trouble installing it.

However, I'm encountering a strange problem with the mouse connected to the main PC. I can't see the mouse on the secondary PC and I'm forced to leave a mouse connected to the secondary PC without using it so that the mouse on the main PC works in seamless or kvm mode.MOUSE PC SECONDARY

If I disconnect the mouse I can't use the mouse on the main pc.

for info no problem with the keyboard

is there a paremetre to do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please review this guide: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/2074378262/Multiplicity+secondary+mode+(Control). Try the enable fake pointer and see if that help.
