Folder portal empty, displays a grey rectangle

Folder portal randomly becomes empty, not refreshing, displaying only a grey rectangle. Refreshing doesn't help.

Re: yes, it is a OneDrive folder, but with files downloaded, always avaible. Fences varsion 5.86 (revision 8). Also it seems that sometimes double-clicking the grey rectangle retores the icons.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know your Fences full version number. Also, the issue appear on any portal Fences or specific ones? Possibly linked to external location?
