windows explorer wont display anything

Hi

I m not totaly sure its windows update related (Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050092))

  but since today, when windowblinds theme is active (any theme), its impossible to display any window,

   they wont even open or apear open un taskbar

 

- worked for years with no problem

- windows explorer app is well active in procces, restart it dosent help

- Windows 11 Professional 23H2 (22621.ni_release.220506-1250)
  WindowBlinds 11.00 BETA (009 x64 - Windows 11 Edition) - 64 bit OS

- Only unload windowblinds make windows explorer window show up again

 

Don t know what to try to fix it

I am curious as to why you using such an old version of WindowBlinds?

If you update to 11.04 this will be resolved as it was caused by the most recent pre release patch Microsoft released for 23h2 and 24h2.

yeap , got the beta and solve the problem !

  app was saying it was up to date, didn t know I could get the beta from the account !
