Unable to pin shortcut to WINDOWS taskbar(2)

I posted a question that needs an image. I figured out by elimination that one may not post an image, but one can apparently post a link. So I uploaded the image to dropbox. I tried to figure out how to post a link here using the link "insert link" symbols, but I was not successful. Here's the link

To clarify the purpose of this post: I thought that there might be a problem with Fences that was preventing me from pinning shortcuts to the taskbar. I now believe that it isn't a flaw in Fences; native Windows 10 doesn't support that. A better topic would be to suggest a new feature for Fences.
   I aplogize for any confusion,

You can insert an image to your post by clicking the "+" sign in the toolbar:

Thanks Jan Oscar. And from your illustration it looks like I can insert the image directlty too.

Windows does not let you pin folders to the taskbar.  You can only pin applications.

If you use Start11 you can pin a folder to the taskbar using the Start11 configuration screen though.

I didn't know folders could not be pinned.
Thanks.
