[SUGGESTION FOR START11] Automatically disable autohide when on desktop

I think it would be beneficial to add a toggle that when enabled, automatically disables the Start11 autohide feature when you switch to desktop, then hides it again when you Fullscreen an app.

I know this is not what you are asking for, but there is a toggle in the right-click context menu for autohide taskbar.
