Who's willing to take a WB Skin challenge

I am not very good at this and there is a skin that I would love to see. I would love to see a skin of the upcoming Amiga OS 4.0 operating system's default skin.

I have included a PNG image that you can use for reference but I have links to more for other widgets. The highlighted window has a special meter on the left hand side indicating available disk space since it is a drive's root window.

I am having some troubles with my web server at the moment but the image will be available within the next 12-36 hours.

I had been considering making an AmigaOS 4.0 port a couple of weeks ago, as I'm an ex Amiga fanatic. However, I decided that I'd rather continue to create my own designs, rather than selling out to the porting side of the craft.

By the way, you might want to post a smaller image with a link to the full-size version in future. These message boards don't take kindly to giant pictures, especially as a lot of users are still on 56k.

A few comments:

A) I don't think WB can change the possition of the scroller arrows, so having them both at the same end might be tricky...I've never understood why people would want that anyhow even when Apple offered it as an option.

B) There would be an issue of intellectual property infringement unless someone takes the trouble to contact the creators of the look and feel and gets permission before copying it

Other than that, it looks a very plain/bland/simple skin job....hmmm..."skin job", isn't that the word used for the replicants in Blade Runner or something?

Yes, the large images are aggravating for those of us on dialup, but even more irksome is the page being strecthed out wider than my desktop. Concerning the port.... I don't see anything there worth porting........ kinda boring IMHO, and has been done, and done..........
