Start11 v2 is not launching

I upgraded to Start11 v2 and now my start menu is not working after a reboot. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Start11v2, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back. If it still not working please include these information.

Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
Start11v2 full version you're trying to install.
Elaborate more on what is not working.
Do you have any other 3rd party application running that also changed how your Start menu or Explorer work.
