Fences 5.86 (Rev 8) Fences on top of application window

I have used Fences for years, and why I just thought to ask this I don't know. Let's say I have Word open, a PDF Reader open, and something else, but I can see the corner of a fence I want to pop open.  Is there is a way to do that without having to move all the layers of windows to get to that fence?  I apologize if this is simple, but I simply have not found an option to do that?
