Increasing frequency of moral events?

Is there any pick or something that will increase the frequency of the "moral choice" events? What determines how often they show up? I'd like to be able to get up to 90+ goodness so I can build those nifty Trade Centers, but most games I simply don't get enough events to get that far up the morality spectrum.

Not that I know of. There ought to be some sort of slider to adjust random event frequency in the galaxy setup screen. This is my second-biggest complaint with the game right now.
