Using YOUR wallpapers/icons/wB????

Sorry, to avoid any misinterpretations.. I asked that because I'd like to host several peoples galleries [wallpapers, icons and WB perhaps too..] on my site, and just wondered what people's opinions are of that. [like I mentioned, ALL credits intact, with links [if any]]

You MUST retain access to their removal....to retain control of distribution.

If a site hosts [distributes] your work without your prior consent it is a breach of copyright.

Only the author has rights to its distribution unless consent is granted to a third party to do so.

You must give the Authors access to the removal of their works themselves.

You cannot distribute their work without prior permission.

yes you must contact the author and ask for permission.

I know ya hafta ask -) Just wondering how other people feel about more advertising, really..hehe

The issue with 'advertising' is that the artist will be damage by association if, for example the 'advertising' [his images] is on a porn or warez site.

The artist MUST have the controlling say as to how and where this 'advertising' is placed....
