I use several of your products. When I tried to install Start11 V2, I received a message that my credentials are not valid. In the order management email I came to the website: https://stardock.onfastspring.com/account.

Sorry you're having problems. Account questions are solved with the help of a Community Support Assistant who will provide you with guidance on how to create a Support ticket.

In the meantime, please don't post your license key/s. I also removed your email address because this is a public forum.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This usually happen when there is error in email address. If you paid using Paypal, please try using your paypal linked email address for activation. If nothing help, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I have stored several email addresses in Paypal. And, thank you very much, one of them (email removed once again) worked.
