How to Block Update Notifications

I have multiple Stardock applications installed on my Windows 10 machine, and I'm experiencing frequent notifications urging me to update to the latest versions. While I appreciate the updates, I find the constant pop-ups disruptive to my workflow. I've already disabled notifications in the settings of each application, but the alerts still persist. Is there a way to completely stop these update notifications without having to uninstall the software? Perhaps there's a specific registry setting or configuration file I can modify?
