Unable to select Icon in Folder Portal

Every so often I will have a folder portal where I am unable to use any icon in it.  I have other folder portals and those will work.  It was only one specific folder portal but today I had that one and another.  The only way to get it to work again is rebooting the computer.

I can go to the actual location of the folder portal and use the icons.  It is just through the folder portal that I cannot.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your issue.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build numbers. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Fences full version number.
  3. The portal Fences you are having with, are they linked to Network drive or any external drive.
  4. When the issue happening, please try restart explorer.exe and see if the issue goes away. How to do restart explorer.exe.
