Start11 ver 2.51 New windows open at the bottom of the scroll

On some apps (ie Microsoft Edge), when a window is opened, it automatically scrolls to the very bottom of the scrolled window.  It should open at the top of the scroll.  May not be relevant, but I have the taskbar aligned top.  When these windows open, I have to manually scroll all the way to the top.  Appreciate fix.

Why do you think this is being caused by Start11?

Nothing in Start11 should alter the scroll position in any application.

Only a small suspicion.  I have not been able to find a solution anywhere, so this was a possibility.  Disregard if nobody else is experiencing this.
