Start11 taskbar icons not displaying

Installed on a new Windows 11 24H2 system, some icons do not display themselves in the taskbar.  But some do. I do not know why or how this behavior occurs. Any ideas/suggestions on making ALL of the icons actually display?  The ones not displaying are; Opera browser, Winfile

Are you using Start11 enhanced taskbar?

I ask as I have seen identical behaviour from Windows 11 without Start11 when harddrive space gets low and therefore probably when the icon cache gets corrupted too.

Yes, Start11 enhanced taskbar. This is a brand new desktop PC, windows 11, with a 4TB SSD. It is barely used so far. 

 

Is there a way to clear that icon caches?
