Whats up with this file?

This skin doesnt link to the download site, it just takes me to another page with the image of the ring on it. Whats up with that?

The author must not have zipped it, and just uploaded the file directly. You can just right-click and save it to disk, but the format seems to be in BMP, so you may need to convert it to a transparent PNG in another program.

Seems IE won't allow you to save it as a png,

it can't read the transparency, but it works fine with Opera.

well, it says .png in the address at the top, but its not saving it as one. Hmm. Looks cool though. Thanks guys!
