PPTP VPN... Help !!!

I KNOW somebody here can help !!! I have a server running Windows Server 2003 SE... I have 2 locations for my business and I have connected them via PPTP over VPN. The only problem is: When I make a VPN connection I lose all of the bandwidth on the client side... Here is the scenerio:

Dell Server ///\\\ Dell OptiPlex
Win S2003SE ///\\\ GX160L XP PRO
SERVER /// INTERNET \\\ CLIENT
*** /// - \\\ ++

Server (one NIC) > Switch > Watchguard SOHO > DSL Modem -> Internet -> Linksys 4Port (Router/Switch) -> XP Pro Clients

HELP ME PLEASE !!!

Linksys is a BESFX41 with VPN Endpoint... I have to check the firmware version ( that was a suggestion from another thread ) The Watchgaurd has the latest firmware revision.. it is a SOHO6... PPTP works it is just very very very slow...??? DesignCaddy.. I used the slashes to separate the items in the diagram ...
