Windowblinds wont start up

I just got windowblinds after not having it for a while and now I'm having a problem, whenever I log back on to my name Widowblinds doesnt start. I cant find any options to change this and its not in msconfig/start up. Can it only automatically start up on the registered version? thanks

You must have windowblinds installed for every account that wants to use it, if it is only on the admins account then other accounts cannot use it

Just login to an account and install it again

If you are the only user, it should not ask for you to login, the login screen should become a Welcome screen, the easy way to change that is remove all trace of a password

That is if you want to, other than that, I'm not sure what you need to do

open WB.. right click it to bring up its properties, go to 'general options', 'startup options' tab, and choose 'load on windows start up'.

that should be it.

hehe stumpy i think you overshot his problem by 40 yards. all he needs to do, from what i gather, is have it load on windows start. and if you only have one user on your machine, you may still want to have a log in screen.. if for 'guest' uses or password protection. his program simply isn't starting automatically.

I hope that's the problem solved

right click the windowblinds icon in your system tray, or the windowblinds icon under display properties.

There is no longer an option for "Load at startup", wbload is now registered automatically and should run at start up of computer, and I cannot find what you told "Somename" :/

Reinstall Windowblinds, it should kick in when you boot up

If that fails then put a shortcut in the "Startup" folder, at the following place

C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Replace "Your Name Here" with your name

Uninstall it - reboot - reinstall to default place
