the first thing you need to do is consider the possibility you have not followed the steps neccisary to get your account set up. instead of just demanding return money.

that being said, i heard mentioned often the step of 'cross referncing your account'. when you log in on the win cust webpage, go to 'my account', and choose 'cross reference'. it makes it known throughout the system that you've paid to get something set up.

edit: and you can always click on the link yrag provided to email support.

um, try cross referencing your accounts here and at stardock.

ok you want your money back...

I want you to READ THE SCREENS on how to setup your account and ensure your user level is set correctly, then complain...

But I am betting once you READ THE SCREENS you will find you have nothing to complain about...

Is there really a refund? THinking....

Buy the subscription, download the softwares. Cancel account, get refund money back, keep the softwares. Or is there a seacurity feature that can disable the softwares from use?

The subscription and software works fine, and when it doesn't, Stardock Support is very helpful. I agree this place is wacked for other reasons though.
