Background Color in Create Folder Portal

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with Fences. Despite adjusting the background color settings for the "Create Folder Portal," the background remains black, which makes the file names (also in black) difficult to read. I've double-checked the settings in Fences, but there doesn't seem to be any change.

Does anyone know why the background color isn't updating?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details on your system.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbes.
  2. Fences version installed.
  3. Do you have Wallpaper engine running in the background?
  4. Do you have Windows solid color set as your Windows background?
  5. Do you have Windows High contrast setting turn on?
  6. Post some screenshots of you issue.
