BootSkin - Help in smoothing out the Progress Bar

Hi.
I'm a newbie and am in need of help with how to sort out the stuttery, jerky look of the progress bar on a boot screen, so it flows more smoothly.
Any hints/tips will be MOST appreciated.

There are no tips, it's due to MS internal coding, which the program utilises.

Hopefully soon there will be a better version of Bootskin which will use 16m colours and better progress bar animation

it also matters what kind of comp you have on my 166mhz, it was jerky. on my 866mhz, it was a little better. on my dads 3ghz, it is smooth. *shrug*

I woudln't hold your breath on that one.. I think they've all but abandoned BootSkins because of the problems they experienced trying to support all of the HW vendors' unique VESA implementations. I would LOVE to see the high color capable version though!!
