| he may not be english/american |
Looking at the word useage and syntax, I'll bet dollars against doughnuts that he is an American male under the age of 21. He's just rude and lazy in my opinion. Unfortunately, these are traits which are all too common in our culture today.
As is being judgemental apparently.
XPDragon, either the download was corrupted somewhere along the way or (more likely) you have some leftover files in your TEMP dirs from another installer. Clean out the TEMP dirs, maybe reboot, and if necessary, close down as many other open running apps as possible.
The most remote possibility is that you've got a virus that corrupts .EXE headers, but any updated virus scanner should have prevented that from getting a foothold on your system.
And XPDragon, for the record, if English is your first language, you could do a better job with writing and spelling. -)

Point taken, sir. I will endeavor to exercise greater restraint. My apologies.
(But I'll be very surprised if my judgement in this case is in error.)
